Manual mode

With the CBG22A local keypad, you can intuitively operate the drive unit or device using the function keys, symbols, and functions on the color display.

Local operation is only possible under the following conditions:

• The decentralized inverter MOVIMOT^® flexible has a front module with key switch.
• The CBM22A wall mounting with integrated key switchThe key switch is not available from SEW-EURODRIVE. (accessories) is connected to the decentralized inverter MOVIMOT^® flexible.
• COG11A control cabinet solution with a UKS52A cable, key switchThe key switch is not available from SEW-EURODRIVE. (accessories), and CDM11A for MOVITRAC^® inverters.

The CBG22A local keypad supports speed-controlled manual mode. Speed-controlled manual mode can be used to move the drive using velocity control.

Manual mode is started solely in direct control mode by actuating the key switch. Manual mode can only be exited with the key switch position = "0".

WARNING

Danger due to unexpected startup.

Severe or fatal injuries.

• If you press RUN CCW (left arrow key) or RUN CW (right arrow key), the inverter is enabled and started at any previously set speed.
• If you stop manual mode, the currently present setpoints become active. Setpoints can be specified by digital inputs or process data.

• Before starting manual mode, check that there are no persons within the range of rotating parts.
