Bit pointer
With a bit pointer, it is possible to refer to the value of another parameter as the value of one parameter.
Example
The value "8314.2 bit 0 HW limit switch positive DT1" is to be assigned to the digital input DI01. Refer to the inverter documentation for a parameter list. This contains all parameters and their possible values.
The following value is specified accordingly for parameter 8334.11 Function DI 01: 8314.2 bit 0 "HW positive limit switch DT1" You must enter this value as hexadecimal on the CBG01A keypad. This conversion is performed in sections. The decimal values for bit pointers are structured according to the following scheme:
The hexadecimal values for bit pointers for input on the CBG01A keypad are structured according to the following scheme:
| Decimal | Hexadecimal |
|---|---|---|
Index | 8314dec | 207 Ahex |
Subindex | 02dec | 02hex |
Bit | 00dec | 00hex |
The following value for entry into the CBG01A keypad is derived from the hexadecimal value scheme: 0002207Ahex. You can enter this value according to section Changing the values.
