Finding and converting the value in MOVISUITE®

You can find the desired value of a parameter to be changed from the MOVISUITE® engineering software. For example, to change the source of the maximum acceleration from application limit – acceleration to Fixed setpoints – acceleration in the Setpoints > Profile value connection function, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the MOVISUITE® engineering software.
  2. Switch to the planning phase.
  3. Add a MOVITRAC® inverter from the catalog.
  4. Navigate to the Setpoints > Profile value connection function.
  5. Change the source of the maximum acceleration to Fixed setpoints – acceleration.
  6. Move the cursor over the the entry Fixed setpoints – acceleration.
    • An info box is displayed that provides information about index [1] and value [2].
  7. Convert the value "2039970" from the decimal to the hexadecimal system.
