Description

Associated axis group members of the MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController

Specify associated axis group members by means of a decimal value (bit coding) or by setting the respective bits using sliders.

Index: 50010.1

IEC name: Controller.Config.uiAssociatedAGMembers

Take account of external encoders

Define external encoders via sliders. The number of sliders displayed depends on the number of subordinate axis group members.

Index: 50010.60-50010.63

IEC name: Controller.Config.EnableExternalEncoder.xAGMember1-4

Take into account the motor encoder (visible only in expert mode)

Specify the motor encoder via the slider. The number of sliders displayed depends on the number of subordinate axis group members.

Index: 50010.65-50010.68

IEC name: Controller.Config.EnableMotorEncoder.xAGMember1-4

Functions used

Change of priority during runtime

  • On – Perform a change of operating mode in idle state without downloading the configuration files. For example, from torque to skew priority. The "TorqueSkewing" license is required for this.
  • Off – Changing the operating mode is only possible within the operating mode group. For example, from torque priority to user-defined speed correction values or from skew with overload guard to skew without overload guard.

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xTorqueSkewing

Torque priority of the compensation

See Functional description

An operating mode of the "Torque" operating mode group was selected in the "MultiAxisController – Control function" configuration menu. This includes the "Torque", "User-defined speed correction values" and "User-defined speed correction values with diagnostics" operating modes.

The "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController Torque" license is required to use these operating modes.

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xTorqueLeveling

Skew priority of the compensation

See Functional description

An operating mode of the "Skew" operating mode group has been selected in the "MultiAxisController – Control function" configuration menu. This includes the "Skew", "Skew without overload guard", and "User-defined skew error" operating modes.

The "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController Skewing" license is required to use these operating modes.

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xSkewLeveling

Activation of up to 4 axis group members

3 or 4 axis group members are subordinated to the software module.

The "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController add-on FourAxes" license is required to operate this arrangement.

Index: 50010.105

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xAddonFourAxes

Cascading

Another instance of the software module is subordinate to the software module (cascade).

The "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController add-on Cascading" license is required to operate this arrangement.

Index: 50010.106

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xAddonCascade

Anti-sway control

Information: The Configuration menu becomes visible when activated.

Activate the add-on for configuring vibration suppression measures.

The "MOVIKIT® MultiAxisController add-on AntiSway" license is required to use the add-on.

Index: 50010.108

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xAddonAntiSway

Combined encoder evaluation

See Configuration menu

A combined encoder source is used in the encoder evaluation, in the skew balancing, or in the overload guard.

Index: 50010.107

IEC name: _fbController._stConfig.stOptionalModes.xAdvancedEncoderEvaluation

Expert mode

Display additional setting boxes in various configuration menus. The user itself is responsible for properly configuring these setting boxes. If expert mode is not used, all the setting boxes of expert mode are set to the default value to ensure optimum operation of the software module.
