Load cycling

Load cycling can be used to move back and forth between two absolute positions.

  1. In the Manual mode menu, select the Load cycling icon.
  2. Confirm with the <OK> key.
  3. Set the following setpoints [3]. Changes to the values have a direct effect on the drive.

Symbol

Description

Specify the setpoint position 1 of the pendulum movement in user units, e.g. rev.

Specify the setpoint position 2 of the pendulum movement in user units, e.g. rev.

Enter the desired setpoint speed in user units, e.g. rev/min.

Enter the desired setpoint acceleration/setpoint deceleration in user units, e.g. rev./(min*s).

  1. To start load cycling, press the green <RUN> key.
  2. To stop load cycling, press the red <STOP> key.
  1. To stop manual mode, press the <Esc> key.
    • The following query is displayed: Do you want to stop manual mode? Warning! An applied setpoint will be active again after stopping manual mode.
  2. Before stopping manual mode, check that there are no persons in the area of rotating parts.
  3. Confirm with the <OK> key.
  • Manual mode has been stopped and pending setpoints become active again.
