Manual mode

As soon as you open the Manual mode menu, the manual modes supported by your inverter are determined and operable. For example, if no encoder system has been started up via the drive train, the position-controlled functions are not displayed and the associated submenus are displayed in gray.

 

WARNING

Danger due to unexpected startup.
Severe or fatal injuries.
  • If you press RUN, the inverter is enabled and started at any previously set speed.
  • If you stop manual mode, the currently present setpoints become active. Setpoints can be specified by digital inputs or process data.
  • Before starting manual mode, check that there are no persons in the area of rotating parts.
