• Safe process output data (SLI1, SLI2)
• SSx1, SSx2 final state

SLI increment enable

The SLI increment enable is not time limited and is activated by a 0 → 1 edge on one of the following sources:

• F-DI (function assignment)
• Safe process output data (SLI increment enable)
