Motor encoder and slot
In this menu, you can select the encoder interface supplied by the inverter. Options that are not available cannot be selected.
Option | Meaning |
|---|---|
No encoder | The connected motor does not have an encoder. |
Connection to basic unit | The encoder is connected to the inverter via the encoder input. |
Connection to option | The encoder is connected to the inverter via the option card. |
MOVILINK® DDI | The encoder is connected to the inverter via MOVILINK® DDI. |
Digital terminals basic unit | The encoder is connected to the inverter via the digital input terminals. This selection is only available for the MCX91A.. inverter family for HTL encoders. |
