Measuring in speed mode

Proceed as follows:

  1. Select Drive train optimization > Load moment of inertia > Measuring in speed mode in the menu.
    • The following query is displayed: "Do you want to start manual mode?"
  2. Confirm the query with the <OK> key.
    • Manual mode is started. Manual mode can only be ended by exiting the moment of inertia menu.
  3. To change the settings for the Manual mode, press the second function key.
  4. In manual mode, Speed-controlled manual mode is activated. Specify the setpoints.
  5. To return to the Moment of inertia window, press the second function key again.
  6. To start the measurement, press the <OK> button.
    • The measurement is performed.
  7. To stop the measurement, press the <OK> key.
    • The measurement is stopped.
  1. To stop manual mode, press the <Esc> key.
    • The following query is displayed: Do you want to stop manual mode? Warning! An applied setpoint will be active again after stopping manual mode.
  2. Before stopping manual mode, check that there are no persons in the area of rotating parts.
  3. Confirm with the <OK> key.
  • Manual mode has been stopped and pending setpoints become active again.
  1. To exit the menu, press the <Esc> key.
  • You have optimized the drive train.

INFORMATION

You can also optimize the drive train using the manual modes load cycling and cycle mode. The procedure is comparable to speed mode.
