Drive train optimization

In the Drive train optimization menu, you can optimize the load moment of inertia and set the controller dynamics.

This is possible in various ways.

  • Manual entry of the value (the drive does not have to be moved here)
  • Measuring in PLC mode
  • Measuring in speed mode
  • Measuring in load cycling mode
  • Measuring in cycle mode

WARNING

Danger due to unexpected startup.
Severe or fatal injuries.
  • If you press RUN, the inverter is enabled and started at any previously set speed.
  • If you stop manual mode, the currently present setpoints become active. Setpoints can be specified by digital inputs or process data.
  • Before starting manual mode, check that there are no persons in the area of rotating parts.
