Brake 1/2
Menu item | Description |
---|---|
Permitted movement at standstill | During the brake test, the position is monitored several times during idle state. The setting value tolerates the maximum movement during idle state. The setting value must not be used to compensate for a mechanical backlash. |
Mechanical backlash | Mechanical backlash until the encoder detects movement. Example: Brake 2 is mounted behind the gear unit. A defined movement of the motor is required until the output shaft of the gear unit stops moving and a torque is built up against the applied brake. |
Torque input | Setting value for the proportional motor torque which forms the required test torque together with the load torque. The level and direction of an existing load torque must be taken into consideration in the setting value. Examples:
|
Tolerance torque input | The set value tolerates a deviation of the actual motor torque in relation to the Torque input. |
Brake release time |
|
Brake application time (with brake 2) | Brake 2: The value is taken from the AS1 drive train of the inverter and displayed here for information. The value can be parameterized. Changing the value only affects the brake test and has no effect on the settings in the AS1 drive train. |
Brakes use identical test data |
