Module bus cable

With MOVIDRIVE^® modular, it may be necessary to order separate module bus cables depending on the setup. If 2 module bus-capable devices are connected directly next to each other, the supplied module bus cable of the left device can be used for the connection.

If one or more modules are not module bus-capable or are already connected to another module busd device, they must be skipped. For this purpose, the length of the required module bus cable must be determined and then ordered.

Proceed as follows to determine the required length:

• Determine the modules to be skipped.
• Determine the width of the modules; see chapter Technical data.
• Add the specific widths.
• Add 250 mm to the result.
• Select the module bus cable with the appropriate length in chapter Prefabricated cables. If there is no module bus cable with the exact length, select the next longer module bus cable.
