Continuous duty
In continuous duty, you must adhere to the following pause time after switching off the control voltage (DB00/SBC):
- At least 0.5 seconds with a brake coil power of P < 60 W
- At least 1 second with a brake coil power of P ≥ 60 W

y | Control voltage at SBC/DB00 |
trun | Power-applied hours incl. brake switching time |
tp | Pause time |
The maximum switching frequency of the SBM (connection of the control voltage) must not be exceeded.
The maximum values specified in the following overviews apply for the switching frequency of the SBM with deactivated "Brake control" monitoring function. The monitoring function uses the following limit value:
- SBM, size 1: 30 switching pulses/2 minutes
INFORMATION

If you would like to use higher switching frequencies, you must deactivate the monitoring function.
For more information on the monitoring function, refer to chapter "Brake control" monitoring function.
