Switching operating modes

As a rule, the application modes can be switched during operation. The following must be observed:

Operating modes 401, 420, 421, 422, and 423

When the application modes are selected for the first time, the system switches briefly to FCB 26 (standard stop) to correctly set the reference point for subsequent positioning. If the drive is still in motion during selection, the drive is stopped briefly.

Operating modes 402, 403, and 404

When the application modes are selected for the first time, the system briefly switches to FCB 26 to correctly set the reference point for the subsequent positioning. The drive is not stopped.

Control during brake control

The permitted load of the brake control must be observed between controller enable and controller inhibit.
