If the contactor K1/K2/K3 is defective, also check the following components for correct function:

  • Fuse F1
  • Fuse F2
  • Storage bundle (are there defective modules in the storage bundle?)

 

Required tools:

  • Hexagon socket: Set
  • Wrench: Set
  • Torque wrench 0 Nm – 10 Nm

 

Procedure:

  1. Loosen the M10 screws.
  2. Remove all electrical connections.
  3. Remove the contactor from the mounting plate.
  4. Install the new contactor in reverse order.
