"Auto-tune" automatic measuring procedure

With the automatic measuring procedure, the inverter can measure almost any motor to determine the motor data.

• Start the measuring procedure via the display on the inverter.
• After a reset to the factory settings, the measuring procedure starts automatically after the first enable and takes up to 2 minutes depending on the control type. Do not interrupt the measuring procedure.
• You can also start the "Auto-tune" automatic measuring procedure manually with the parameter P4-02 after entering the motor data. Only enable the inverter after you have entered all motor data correctly in the parameters.
• For STO, the terminals 12 and 13 must be supplied with voltage. An enable is not required. "Stop" must be displayed.

INFORMATION

Perform an "Auto-tune" automatic measuring procedure after the initial startup or after changing the control mode in P4-01 when the motor is cold. You can also start auto tuning manually via the parameter P4-02 at any time.
