Operating modes
The operating mode of the axis is defined in the Module configuration configuration menu. Basically, a distinction is made in the operating mode between "speed mode" and "positioning mode". In "positioning mode", various positioning modes are available, such as "absolute" and "relative".
The following chapters provide a cycle diagram for each operating mode to help you better understand the operating principle. They also provide a process sequence with a description of the signals to be set and of the signal states.
