Replacing an individual DSK module or the entire storage bundle?
Due to technological reasons, you must determine in advance whether the entire storage bundle must be replaced whenever a DSK module is replaced. This depends on the age of the storage bundle. If more than half of the projected service life has already elapsed, you must replace the entire storage bundle. If less than half of the projected service life has elapsed, replace a maximum of 2 individual DSK modules. For the projected service life, refer to the result report from the PES simulator. As a rule, the projected service life is 10 years.
If one module has already been replaced during a previous service call, you may replace one further module. If two modules have already been replaced in the past, replace the entire storage bundle.
