Process data configuration
The controller is controlled via the process data channel. Process data words (PDs) are mapped in the I/O or peripheral area of the PROFINET controller and can be addressed in the usual way.
The following table shows the assignments of the PROFINET slot model depending on the device family:

When configuring the application and communication, also observe the maximum number of 1500 bytes on EtherCAT®/SBusPLUS.
