Startup requirements

• Startup of the system/machine must be documented. The safety functions of the system/machine must be checked and verified. Observe the limitations for the safety functions of the MOVIMOT^® in chapter Limitations for the verification of the safety functions. If necessary, deactivate non-safety-related parts and components (e.g. motor brake) that affect the result of the verification.
• For the operation of MOVIMOT^® MM..D in safety-related applications, the disconnecting device and correct wiring must always be checked and protocolled during startup.
• During startup/function test, you must ensure the correct assignment of the respective voltage supply (e.g. safety power X40, bus module supply X29) by measuring.
• You must perform the function test one after the other for all potentials, i.e. separate from each other.
