Fastening via the external threaded bolt

One option for fastening the MOVI-DPS^® storage unit is to mount it via the external stud bolts on a fastening surface.

The following figure shows the external stud bolts [1]:

Required materials

• M5 bolts of suitable length with washers (stud bolt thread depth = 6 mm).

Procedure

1. Refer to the dimension drawing in chapter Technical data for information on the distances for holes in the fastening surface.
2. On the fastening surface, drill the holes at the appropriate places.
3. Use suitable bolts to fasten the MOVI-DPS^® storage unit via the external stud bolts. Observe the maximum tightening torque of 3.2 Nm.
