For motors from the CMP.., CM3C.., ECM3C.., CM3P.., CM3G.., and CMS.. product lines, the low-inertia BP.., BK.., and BKB.. series holding brakes are available.

Due to their compact design, the BP.., BK.. and BKB.. series brakes are the first choice for dynamic handling applications that call for high cycle times, a low rotational clearance, and low-inertia drive characteristics.

The brakes are designed for operation on 24 V DC supplies as standard, which offers advantages when designing the electrical systems.

The BK.. permanent magnet brakes are also optionally combinable with the MOVILINK^® DDI digital interface.
