Replacing a defective MRCD

MRCD prog. for ESS

 

Procedure:

  1. Disconnect the connector on the defective MRCD.
  2. Loosen the DC link connection at the choke.
  3. Remove the defective MRCD.
  4. Insert the DC link connection through the new MRCD core.
  5. Mount the new MRCD on the DIN rail.
  6. Connect the DC link connection to the choke.
  7. Connect the connector to the new MRCD.
    • Ensure that the litz wires are fitted securely at the terminals.
