Procedure in the event of a fault

Every SEW-EURODRIVE energy storage system must be monitored by a MOVIKIT® PowerMode or EnergyMode software module. The "Error Codes – MOVIKIT® Software Modules" manual contains a list of all possible errors that can occur with an energy storage system. If an error occurs, observe the following procedure:

  1. Refer to the "Error Codes – MOVIKIT® Software Modules " manual for the meaning and possible corrective measures of the present error.
  2. Can the error be rectified with corrective measures from the manual, or is a component replacement required?
  3. If the error indicates a defective DSK module, refer to chapter Replacing a DSK module.

CAUTION

Note that during the warranty period, you must trigger a GCoM case with SEW-EURODRIVE Service before replacing any components. This also applies if you replace the components yourself.
