Two-sided supply with an external DC 24 V switched-mode power supply and a total current consumption > 40 A
The following image shows a connection example for two-sided supply with an external DC 24 V switched-mode power supply and a total current consumption > 40 A on the DC 24 V connection.
The current consumption of the DC 24 V consumers should be distributed as evenly as possible on each supply side. The external DC 24 V switched-mode power supply supplies the modular components with DC 24 V voltage. The DC 24 V busbar must not be connected through. If 2 separate external switched-mode power supplies are used, the switched-mode power supply outputs must have the same reference potential.
