DC/DC converter module for connecting external energy storage units

The MDP90A.. power supply modules provide the DC link voltage for the axis modules. An external energy storage unit is connected via the MDE90A.. DC/DC converter module. The storage voltage can be regulated from DC 0 V to DC 800 V, independently of the DC link voltage. The regenerative energy is temporarily stored in the energy storage unit and used for the next motorized movement. This will save you up to 30% in energy costs.

The MDE90A.. DC/DC converter modules have the following characteristics:

• Connection to DC supply systems
• Simple control via binary inputs or MOVI-C^® CONTROLLER
