Starting voltage threshold
The "Starting Voltage" selector switch can be used to set the starting voltage threshold of the switched-mode power supply module. This can prevent premature loading of the DC link, e.g. during its precharging. The 24 V output is not activated until the selected voltage is reached.
The starting voltage threshold applies to DC and AC inputs. If the switched-mode power supply module is connected to an AC supply system, the starting voltage threshold must be set to the nominal voltage of the AC supply.
Example: In the case of a supply via the AC grid with 3 × 200 V, the starting voltage threshold must be set to 200 V.
The starting voltage threshold has no influence on the supply of the switched-mode power supply module. This is guaranteed at a voltage of 200 V or higher. Due to the built-in hysteresis, the switched-mode power supply module remains active until a voltage of 150 V is reached before the supply is interrupted. The starting voltage threshold only controls the activation of the 24 V output.
