Switched-mode power supply module with AC and DC supply MDS90A-0054-5E3..
The 24 V voltage supply that is required in the control cabinet is made possible by the switched-mode power supply module with an AC and DC supply.
It can be fed via an AC line connection or via the DC connection of the system.
If no AC voltage is present, the power supply unit is supplied from the energy storage unit connected to the system. In this way, power failures can be bridged and the devices of the system kept active. The changeover between the AC supply and the DC supply takes place automatically.
The power supply unit can typically be operated from a DC voltage of 200 V. The voltage from which the supply is to take place via the DC connection can be varied and adapted to the application.
The output voltage can be set between 24 and 27 V. Longer cable sections and their losses can be compensated for in this way. A start delay can also be set, which activates a delay of approx. 10 seconds when the 24 V output voltage is switched on.
The current device status is indicated using LEDs, and can be read out via the monitor connector.
Up to 6 devices can be connected in parallel.
