Touchprobe 1 (4 PD)
The relevant settings for Touchprobe 1 are set in this configuration menu.
The additional function Touchprobe 1 can be used to read out the detected position and the trigger counter in the event of a trigger event. Together with application mode "420: Touchprobe positioning – absolute target position", it is possible to position to a position that is specified relative to the Touchprobe position when a trigger event occurs. With the additional function, it is also possible to measure the length of bulk material (e.g. packages). The additional function extends the process data length by 4 process data words.
