Touchprobe function

The additional function "Touchprobe 1" enables the evaluation of a trigger event independent of the operating mode. When the additional function is activated, the system can be positioned to a target relative to the actual position in the event of a trigger event in the following operating modes:
Touchprobe positioning mode – absolute target position – remaining distance in direction of travel (420)
Touchprobe positioning mode – absolute target position – remaining distance with sign (421)
Touchprobe positioning mode – endless – remaining distance in travel direction (422)
Touchprobe positioning mode – endless – remaining distance with sign (423)

For fieldbus operation, the process data length is extended by 4 process data words.
