Step 2: Load torque test (optional)
In step 2, a check is performed to verify if the static load torque determined in the current test situation is within the set limits.
This step is not necessary in machines without static load torque. In these cases, the load torque can be set to "0". The brake test then skips this step.
The load torque test takes place in the following sub-steps:
- The drive remains at the target position for the Duration of individual test steps if position control is active. This position is monitored using the Permitted movement during idle state parameter of brake 1.
- The actual torques are determined via the inverter via the Duration of individual test steps and the current load torque is calculated from this (arithmetic mean value).
- The set Load torque is checked against the calculated load torque. This must be within the range of the set Load torque, taking the Load torque tolerance into consideration.
During the load torque test, all brakes are released via the brake control DB00 and via the safe digital outputs F-DO.. configured with function SBC.
