Encoder cable with connection cover to open end with conductor end sleeves for high-resolution HTL encoder

For speed control and positioning, the EK8C high-resolution HTL encoder from SEW-EURODRIVE can be evaluated via the X20 digital inputs at any inverter with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, EtherCAT®/CiA402, EtherCAT®/SBusPLUS or POWERLINK/CiA402, with the exception of the device variant with binary control.

With EK8C/EV8C encoders with connection via the connection cover of the integrated encoder plug connector, the TF signals must be routed to the inverter in a separate cable.
