Interference emission

The cable length must be as short as possible for EMC-compliant installation. SEW‑EURODRIVE recommends using low-capacity cables. To comply with limit classes C1 and C2 according to EN 61800‑3, the measures listed below must be taken.

During startup, "Operation with output filter" must be set if the relevant criteria are met.

The EMC limit values for interference emission are not specified for voltage supply systems without grounded star point (IT systems). The efficiency of filters is severely limited.
