Controlling the direction of rotation signals via an external switch

Switch

• Route the cables to the external switch according to the general information so that neither parasitic voltages nor induced voltages can occur.
• Control of the direction of rotation via the external switch is not permitted for group drives. The switch must be designed according to EN 60204‑1 or EN 61800‑5‑1 "Protective separation", for example.
• The cable length between the MOVIMOT^® drive and the external switch must be included in the total cable length.
