Cable routing
Each storage unit has permanently installed positive and negative connection cables, each approximately 50 cm long. These can be used to connect multiple storage units to one another. Additional connection cables with open ends are required for connecting to the power supply module. These can be ordered in different lengths. WARNING
Danger of electric shock due to high DC voltage in the supply lines (about DC 900 V).
Severe or fatal injuries.
- Only use cables provided by SEW-EURODRIVE.
- Install the cables according to the instructions.
Route the supply cable to the MOVI-DPS® storage bundle with low inductance.
The total cable length to the MOVI-DPS® storage bundle including the connection cables between the individual MOVI-DPS® storage units and back must not exceed 60 m. Route the connection cables for go-and-return lines as parallel as possible.
