Range of functions

12 process data words for the following operating modes. Encoder feedback is necessary to be able to use the full range of functions.

  • Jog in position control (FCB 20) or speed controlled (FCB 05)
    Note: Encoder feedback not mandatory with FCB 05.
  • Referencing
  • Teaching of tables and v position range limits
  • Positioning (linear and modulo)
  • v position ranges (additional function can only be used in linear absolute mode)

Additional function – variable jerk time

This additional function extends the range of functions by providing the ability to specify the jerk time. The additional function extends the process data length by one process data word.

Additional function – brake test

The drive function FCB 21 Brake test can be used with the additional function. The additional function is activated via application mode "700: Brake test". The additional function extends the process data length by 1 process data word.
