The signal contact is evaluated by the regenerative power supply and can be forwarded to the PLC. The digital input of the regenerative power supply used for the evaluation must be parameterized to the "External braking resistor fault" function. The response to this must be "Output stage inhibit + open line contactor + Modbus response 'critical'".

If the internal temperature switch responds, note the following:

• The power supply is disconnected via the MCE connection.
• The regenerative power supply goes into error.
