Synchronous operation – adjustment (1001 – 1004)

Extension of the additional function synchronous operation by the adjust function.

Note that this operating mode may only be executed when the master axis is stationary. The master axis must be enabled (status 6 or 10).

The master position is read and saved with the rising edge of the start signal. Afterwards, positioning is performed to the stored master position with the setpoints of the dynamic parameters. After successful adjustment, synchronization is performed directly to the master without taking the configured synchronization strategy into account. A new adjustment process of the slave axis is only carried out on a rising start edge.
