Direct control DC 24 V brake

To control a BK or BP brake (holding brake) directly from the brake output of the inverter, adhere to the following specifications:

• Only use the following permitted brakes:
• CMP.. servomotors: Brakes BK01, BK02, BK03, BK04, BK07
• CMP71.. servomotors: Brake BP1
• CM3P71.. servomotors: Brake BK08
• CM3C.. servomotors: Brakes BK05, BK06, BK08
• The brakes of motors CMP80, CM3C80, CM3P80, and larger, of CMPZ motors and all brakes from third-party manufacturers are expressly excluded.
• Use only prefabricated brakemotor cables from SEW-EURODRIVE.
• The brakemotor cable must be shorter than 25 m.
• Connect the shielding of the brake cable to the power shield plate.
