Design-dependent output factor fbrake,output

To determine the output load during an emergency stop braking operation, the characteristic value MB is used for the calculations. However, due to its definition as nominal braking torque, this does not represent the decisive load of the output.

When determining the output load, an additional factor is therefore applied. This factor takes into account:

  • Differences between the characteristic value MB and the real occurring dynamic braking torque
  • Differing definitions of the load limit values for emergency‑stop braking operations A differentiation must be made regarding whether a gear unit is used and, if so, which design.

The values under Output factor fbrake, output apply.
