Introduction

The "brake test" diagnostic function supplements a safe braking system that consists of several system components and sets requirements for the interfaces between the respective components.

You can find the "Brake test" diagnostic function in MOVISUITE^® in the "Assist CS.." parameterization tool.

Use one of the following options to start the "Brake test" diagnostic function:

1. The brake test is called by a higher-level safe controller and, optionally, via the MOVI-C^® CONTROLLER. The call must be ensured by the user.
2. The brake test is called up via a safe digital input F-DI.. and optionally via a digital input DI. The call must be ensured by the user.
