Brake control

The "Brake control" monitoring function is compatible with the following brake controls of application inverters:

• Digital output DB00 on the basic device.
• The safe digital outputs F‑DO00/F‑DO01 of the MOVISAFE^® CS..A safety options configured to the SBC function.

The brake controls can be used individually or in combination.

Information

• Use of the MOVISAFE^® CS..A safety option with configured SBC function.
• Set the "Evaluate 'SBC' signal" radio button to "On" (see chapter "Configuring the monitoring function").
• Use of other brake controls.
• Other brake controls, e.g. an external safety relay, are not compatible with the monitoring function. In this case, use a brake control compatible with the monitoring function or deactivate the monitoring.
