Overview

MOVITRAC® advanced is the inverter for direct line connection, suitable for a wide range of applications – from simple open-loop speed control to servo drives. The product series is used for the direct connection to controllers via industrial communication networks such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IPTM, Modbus TCP or EtherCAT®. In addition, a basic variant is available exclusively for control via digital and analog inputs.

The inverter comprises the following components:

  • Basic device:
    • Device variant for connecting to industrial communication networks
    • Device variant with functional safety in different functional versions
    • Device variant with MOVILINK® DDI digital data interface
  • Application level for using MOVIKIT® software modules of the Drive category
  • Optional keypads
  • Optional energy module
  • Accessories for EMC-compliant installation
  • Accessories for connecting and controlling motors and brakes
  • Prefabricated motor and encoder cables

For use in harsh environments, the inverters can be supplied with painted PCBs. The coating of the printed circuit boards increases their resistance against environmental influences.
