Fault information
Behavior in the event of a fault | If a fault is triggered in a synchronization station which leads to an output stage inhibit, the entire synchronization network will immediately switch to the status "Output stage inhibited". The fault will then be displayed on the affected station until it is reset. |
Reset | You can find information about resetting a fault in the "MOVITRANS® TES31A Decentralized Supply Unit" operating instructions in the chapter "Fault reset". The master forwards a reset via edge change to all the slaves. Other reset types must be performed on the respective station. When resetting the station, observe the information in the "MOVITRANS® TES31A Decentralized Supply Unit" operating instructions in the chapter "Operation/for your safety". |

A station does not receive any readiness message at input DI01, although the upstream station sends this report (output DO01). | Check that the cabling on the units at connections X5102_1 and X5102_2 is correct and check for possible cable breakage. |
An SP slave is in the "not ready" device status and status bit 6 in the status word is set to "0". | The SP slave has not yet received a valid synchronization signal. Check the synchronization cable for:
|
The SP master is in the "no enable" device status and its binary inputs report the values DI00 = "0" and DI01 = "1". |
|
A station is in the "SAFS active" device status. |
