Creating and assigning system levels

For identification, assignment, and data analysis by higher-level systems, specific metadata must be assigned to the devices. To create and assign system levels, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Settings" menu and select the "Plant" tab.
  2. In the "System levels" section, click [+ Add].
    • A new line is added to the list of system levels.
  3. In the new line, fill in the fields in the "Name" and "Description" columns.
  4. Click the [Save] button.
  5. In the "MOVI-C®" or "MOVI-B" menu, open the "Devices" tab.
  6. In the list of devices, select the required devices using the check boxes.
  7. Open the Advanced functions menu .
  8. In the "Selection" submenu, choose "Assign system level".
    • The "Selection of assigned system levels" dialog window appears.
  9. Select the desired system level from the drop-down list.
  10. Confirm your selection with [Apply].
