When the hoist mode is activated, start the inverter with the enable. If you set the enable at the same time or prior to STO, the inverter stays in "Stop" mode.

• In operation without encoder, never keep the load at zero speed without application of the brake. Always stop the drive by removing the enable.
• To reverse the direction of rotation, stop the drive by removing the enable. The brake is automatically applied. Then enable the drive in the opposite direction.
