Climatic conditions

Extended storage (weatherproof):

EN 60721-3-1 (1998), class 1K2,
ambient temperature -30 °C to +70 °C (deviating from the standard),
non-condensing, no condensation

Transport (weatherproof):

EN 60721-3-2, class 2K3,
ambient temperature -30 °C to +70 °C (deviating from the standard),
non-condensing, no condensation

Operation (fixed installation, weatherproof):

EN 60721-3-3, class 3K3,

Ambient temperature -30 °C to +60 °C (deviating from the standard)Observe the permitted temperature range of the oil in use (see chapter "Lubricant table").

  • At ambient temperatures below -25 °C, the following designs are not permitted:
    • Designs with M23 connectors (motor connectors KH1 and KD1)
    • Designs with pressure compensation fitting (option /PE)
    • Designs with output shafts whose diameters are specified in inches
    • Designs with double oil seals
  • For ambient temperatures above +40 °C, observe the notes in chapter Derating depending on the ambient temperature.

Chemically active substances

Extended storage (weatherproof):

EN 60721-3-1 (1998), class 1C2,
no salt mistUse is only possible with the wet-area design (option /WA). (deviating from the standard)

Transport (weatherproof):

EN 60721-3-2 class 2C2,
no salt mistUse is only possible with the wet-area design (option /WA).,
No sea water (deviating from the standard)

Operation (fixed installation, weatherproof):

EN 60721-3-3 class 3C2, no salt mistUse is only possible with the wet-area design (option /WA).
