Fixed response times

The following response times are fixed:

• T_{_Sys} = 4 ms (cycle time of the system)
• T_{_Task} = 0.5 ms (cycle time of a process)
• Maximum fault response time T_{_FRZ} = 9 ms applies to the deactivation of the internal output F-DO_STO and the external safe digital outputs F-DO.. and to setting the fault status of the safe process input data (F-PI).
• The response times of the safety options in relation to the safe digital outputs (F-DO) apply for ohmic loads ≤30 kΩ.

Ensure that all the values are scaled to a consistent unit basis when setting the parameter values in the formulas.
