Loss of the safety sub-function due to use of outdated AS7W or AG7W safety encoders, e.g. in existing systems.
Death or severe injuries
- Using the following safety encoders with MOVISAFE® CS..A safety options is not permitted:
- AS7W: Part numbers 13630733 and 13630768
- AG7W: Part number 13630849
- Use the latest version of the AS7W/AG7W safety encoders.
The following safety encoders from SEW-EURODRIVE are permissible for use with MOVISAFE® CS..A safety options. For further information on the safety encoders, refer to the corresponding documentation.
