Adding a circle segment with explicit circle parameters

Circle segment where the parameters for description are explicitly specified in the robot program.

"New Block" value: "CIRC_EXPLICIT".

[1]	Selection of which combination of parameters is used to describe the circle segment.
[2]	Selection of the direction of the circle segment (clockwise "CW" or counterclockwise "CCW")
[3]	Selection of the coordinate plane in which the circle segment should be traversed.
[4]	Identifiers of the circle parameters and input of the respective values. Depending on which description type is selected in field [1], the relevant circle parameters are displayed.
[5]	Setting whether the blending distance should be specified in this command. If the blending distance is not included in the command, the value of the previous motion command is used modally. See also Blending.
